Tyler Carter, PA-C

Tyler Carter, MPAS, PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant who has been with FourPoints Health since August 2025. Tyler completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Utah University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition. He then earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah.

Prior to attending PA school, Tyler gained experience as a Medical Assistant in both pediatrics and primary care with more than 3 years working with the FourPoints Health Cedar City clinic. Tyler is excited to be back with FourPoints Health at the St. George and Shivwits Reservation clinics where he treats any medical concern across all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics, including acute and chronic illness.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys being with his wife and children. He loves all things golf related and even has a golf shop at home where he builds, customizes, and fixes golf clubs. He also enjoys various outdoor activities such as hiking, shooting, hunting, and boating at the lake.
